I have been on vacation (still am) and haven't had the opportuniuty to review the complaint just a quick glance at a small portion of it. It appears to be self serving statements. Since she employed counsel and assuming the competancy of counsel, she had ample opportrunity to build a rock solid case with hard evidenec. From what I've seen and heard, none of the hard evidence is referred to in the moving papers and this seems to be a blatant attempt to force a settlement based upon costs and embarassment.

She would have to substantiate the her claims with:
tape recordings or ear/eye witness testimony.
She probably has notes and memos she sent to Steve Mills, but MSG will have memos as well. She will need proof. All of the stuff about her legal team being the best is null and void. MSG will have the best as well, there is no question about that.
It all comes down to how much proof she has or doesn't have. I would imagine she doesn't have much or MSG would have settled and if she does produce some proof, they will probably still move to settle.
