OngBok - what you said.

much easier to bitch and moan after the fact.

I'm more interested in forward-thinking opinion that is backed by tangible and quantifiable alternatives... not simply throwing balls of mud.

you want someone- how about the either dumars or buford in san antonio- call him up and offer them some title up further than gm- prez b ball operations.

offer them a ton of dough. we can't afford to buy san antonio's front office? there ain't no cap on that.

hows that for forward thinking.

Now- I'm not the one saying fire isiah- but if he goes, mills & some other folks have to pay too- clean house.

FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO THINK ISIAH SHOULD BE FIRED....No one now questions his drafts....So, Who did we trade that should not have been traded or who should have traded for that we didn't get...You just can't throw accusations without merit...Please school me....Keep in mind the talent on the previous roster...

that's the whole thing- it starts at the top. Who knows, maybe isiah came in and said "gee, we really should blow this whole thing up" and dolan said "I don't care about blowing it up, make the play offs"

You do what boss says and boss is dolan.

I don't think you can fault isiah without acknowledging dolan & his ditcums.

We talk about Laydens mess and some talk about isiah's mess- the common thread is mess & dolan.

I wasn't saying clean house- I was answering for isles & others that are saying fire isiah & not offering a direction of where to go.

I'm pretty sure there are tampering rules that would restrict one team from stealing away another team's executives without permission from that team to negotiate with the said employee.

Typically if you are offering up a higher position you can usually get permission to talk.

Isles, I think at this point agruing about whether IT is bad or not is pointless. Those who still think he is good, they will never change their mind, and if they will, they will simply hide away for months like Hardcore who only comes out of the woodwork when they Knicks win a few games inarrow.

So just give it up. IT sucks, ok, moving on.

So, why does the man who acquired all these talented young players, despite the gnashing of teeth over the extended audition process... the same man who had the patience to hold out for and negotiate - and acquired - Larry Brown, .... suck?

I love this quote from The NYPost

> Her husband, Sadiki, said, "I don't like Isiah. I don't think the moves he makes help. It wouldn't surprise me. He seems like a very sneaky kind of guy undercover. The deals he made are garbage; if they fire him, it might be for the best."

>I don't "like" Isiah.

What's not to like about change for the better?

>He "seems" like a very sneaky kind of guy "undercover".

Undercover? Where is that located? This coming from a person who probably has never been with 300 feet of Isiah Thomas.

>The deals he made are garbage.

Okayfine. Bring back Shandon Anderson and Travis Knight.

Sheesh

So now who's ready to admit how right I was about Isiah.

We're developing young players who are going to be nothing more than role players in this league. Yeah that's a valid reason for being this unbelievably bad.

I want to hear "Fire Isiah" chants tomorrow. That's the only way Dolan might realize that we need someone in here who has a plan and can stop the pain.

I just don't understand how a guy with a history of failure is supposed to succeed? Hasn't Dolan learned anything in corporate America? Isiah has no clue what he's doing. The economics of pro sports must baffle him. How are we in a rebuild mode by taking on additional contract with every move we make, and we only have a late first round pick this year.
