I went with Marvin Williams. I think his upside is bigger than that of Bogut and Frye. But he has look awful in the games that I went to. You can tell that he doesn't have a lot of experience. Bogut has been solid for the Bucks had a disappointing week last week and lost his starter position to a former #1 pick.
Lets keep it real. He lost his starting job to Joe Smith. Don't say number 1 pick, like its Tim Duncan. Joe Smith is a perenial role player. Bogut has not looked as good as Frye thus far. frye has looked like a star at times. Bogut has looked like a solid playe in his best games. Still, everything remains to be seen.
Joe Smith would be our starting PF. Bogut has a different role on the Bucks than Frye has on the Knicks--Bogut is mainly asked to rebound and do the crap work.
LB isn't asking Frye to drop 20, he's just doing it.
Exactly. If they thought Bogut could put up multiple consecutive 20 point games in limited minutes, I'm sure they'd ask him to. If Bogut is asked "mainly to rebound" there's a good reason for it. This is nothing against Bogut. He's a wonderful prospect to have, but the opportunity cost is too high to take (and keep) him @ # 1.
