Utah was held to 29% shooting and didn't score for 9 1/2mins in the 3rd quarter. Thats damn near being manhandled. And who are we to question Sloan. If he says they were manhandled then they were manhandled

. As for us scoring 73pts. Frye got in foul trouble and only scored 4pts instead of the 8-12 or 10pt average he usualy contributed. Marbury only took 10shots and scored 10pts, Curry only took 6shots and scored 10pts. Im sure if we didn't play so well defensively they would have put more emphasis on scoring. And it was already mentioned by Allanfan and others that it was a back to back road game.
Vs the Kings we shot 53.9% while they shot 41.8%. They took 41ft attempts while we took 24. They shot 78% from the line nailing 32. We shot 71% nailing 17 from the line. Thats 15pts more from the line. You can't ask for more than 41fts attempts and we still won by 10pts on the road. To the untrained eye it looks like a close game

. Take away 5fts like the bull on Nate and Rose and the bull tech on Curry we win by 15pts which is a blow out. So yea we beat them pretty handly. Sac has a proven allstar center, a proven allstar SF who was an MVP candidate early last season, A pg who some consider better than Marbury, And a 20-10 allstar calibre PF. But once we beat them on the road at that they aren't a good team anymore??
No reason to downplay these 2 impressive wins where we saw Marbury have 0 TOs, dive on the floor for loose balls, and show complete focus on the defensive end. Crawford shooting 6 3pters out of 27shot attempts and shooting at a 48% clip. Curry dominating a proven allstar center like Miller, and owning the paint area in Utah. Q putting up 66.6% from the field and 83% from 3pt line. Holding the last 2 teams to 35.5% and winning both rebounding battles. Even if we lose some games in the near future. These 2 games on the road are still impressive.
