We all just repeat ourselves frequently anyway!

There is a core that realy keeps things going. I like these guys, and hope to hook up and take in a game somtimes. Living 700 miles away makes it hard.
I just want the record to show that I came up with the nickname "snitty gay robot." Nalod kept calling me a snit and Fish called me a gay robot, but I was the genuis who combined the two!

Martin, thanks for carte blanche when it comes to making Bonn look stupid.

Self Deprecaition with a creative slant is ok in my book.

On the other hand being a grouch is gonna earn you cult status soon enough.



But im thinking more along the lines of a "Kool Aid sniffing" K-9. Seems your job is to sit on any enthusiastic kool aid junkie and squash them with doses of reality!

hey Briggs... not for nothing but I just read the post that got you suspended and I can see why they did. It had zero to do with hoops, it was essentially just anti-canada and it wasnt constructive in the least. What kind of response did you expect posting that in a Raptor's forum?

Hey man I put OT as the topic
and I was telling the truth and made the post very soft. If you read various other OT comments on that board, you would know what I mean. It seems like Canadians[especially on that board] like to slam the US for almost anything and I dont think they should. I believe Canada and the US should have the closest of relationships and I just made the point that IF something went awry like this in Canada--the US would be in there in 5 minutes, but obviously not so the other way around. If I went on there and said Canadians are **** or something---fine, that wasnt my intent.

for even mentioing the fact that the US has been devestated by a grade 5 huricane, millions are left homeless, water is still rising in two states, hundreds, perhaps a thousand or more likley dead and not even a mention. The US would be in Canada helping out at with any major problem--but you can see the people of Canada--they like the ritz of the US, the entertainment value it provides, but they could care less about the people in it. Funny thing when I read that propaganda post, it was labeled China would invade Canada, but in the article it only mentions the uS. Canada should be like our brothers, but they just arent and its a shame.

Ah, just as I suspected. I wasnt suspended for any reason, but the bottom line is you cannot go on a board and say --umm why did you guys do that? If someone complains, then i guess you get suspended. I mean you talk about basketball, you talk about basketball--as longas you arent swearing harrassing, or intentionally bothering someone--why cant you have your freedom of speech? Why do I want to post on real GM again, if I question something? i mean from this reply it could be that i upset net fans by saying they should trade a pick for mel ely for all I know--it gives no reason other than some bogus BS

It's not due to what you have done on the Knicks board, but what you have done on the OTHER boards.

I think it's fine to go to other boards and chat and discuss with them on basketball, but you are complained by more than one posters that some of your comments in the other boards do hurt their feeling, and that is not appreciated.

I hope you can realize that and try to tone it down when you visit other boards, because if you irritate the others, they may fight back and troll on our board, which is what I do not want to see.

If similar things happen when you are freed, which is Sep 2, you may need to face a longer suspension or even get banned.

i have read very weak arguements on briggs suspension. the moderator that replied to your thread did state you have posted these anti-canadian views before.......is this true and were you given a previous warning?

i guess in retaliation, a real gm moderator is allowed to personally degrade in an open forum for whatever....real tasteless comments I thought

that's why i asked what board did this take place on. if that happen on the knick board, tk could've had your back.

i must've missed something: briggs made his post and 3 minutes later with no other replies briggs was on lockdown.....any replies?

last but not least: you gave bosh real motivation with your aruejo pick. i don't think raptor fans appreciated that pick .....hehe
