Given these values, if a player took 100 free throw attempts, he would have to make 46.4085% to break-even...So any player who makes more than 46.41% of his free throws should to go to the line as much as possible.

The list of players that you should try to hack is very small. By my count, since 1979-80, this strategy would probably only work on four players.

NOT SURE what happened with Hawes, but the fill ins did well tonight, the pacers could not shake the sixers. Not sure what the sixers plan on doing with turner, he has turned out to be a very good player. Maybe he is traded during the deadline.. who knows.. that is odd to me as well.. the sixers did a number on the offensive boards that kept them in the game... the pacers just find ways to beat you...

I like that plumlee cat from the nets.. they have a lot of talent, but there is no excuse for them to be this bad... before I say anything has changed, I want to see them win a game vs much better comp... but you have to start somewhere I guess..

Both Plumlee boys look good but the one on the Nets was predicted to be in dleague this year because the Nets have so much depth on their front line. I agree that he was a really good pick.

Nets can't afford to sent anyone to the D league .. LOL.. that team has so underachieved.. they are lucky to have bright spots like livingston and plumlee.... they will have to lean heavily on kids like that because the vets have not performed well and D-will stays injured.. go figure..
