Denver Nuggets won't make the playoffs this yr. So many young guys, so many games missed stick a fork in them in the west.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

I think they will and as I said, they will have a lottery pick anyway... I'll take that fork over the knife we have facing us..

They were in a good place last year, I don't get how they ruined it so quickly!

I'm surprised at your reaction to their offseason- I'm glad you're feeling optimistic, but I thought you were going to have a nervous breakdown when I saw what they were doing

ONe week of a season does not make for a whole.

They torqued it up last year which is fine but there was no mind to developiong the younger players. It inflated the win total a bit.

The playoffs and Gallos injury revealed them.

Iggy is gone and the team is back to rebuilding of sorts. I guess they felt they could stay middle of the pack or set out to rebuild.

they will win a championship before the Knicks because we don't build.

Mike and Mike threw out that if Knicks stink this year and no sign of change (not enough picks, bad contracts, and no cap space for another year) they think Melo and Lebron team up with Kobe and get some in LakerLand.

nah, 57 wins was a perfect storm for them... I expected a step back in the regular season, but a much better playoff showing.. Denver is in a rebuilding process and they are in good shape I think..

They are far from right. They fired their coach and lost their gm. They lost their best player for nothing in free agency. They traded this years first round pick to Utah for their second round pick. They traded their best big man to Memphis for Darrell Arthur. They changed their style of play and in turn gave up the tremendous home court advantage that they had because of altitude and their speed They hired a new coach and told him to focus on McGee being a post up player and the center of their offense. They won 58 last year. They are a mess now.

paul george with an absolutely gorgeous pass in traffic. this kid is awesome!
knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

Iggy wasn't their best player

They traded this years first round pick to Utah for their second round pick.

LOL. no they didn't...

In this three-way deal, the Jazz will get Biedrins, Jefferson, Rush, unprotected first-round picks in 2014 and '17, second-round picks in 2016 and '17 and cash considerations from the Warriors along with a 2018 second-round pick from the Nuggets.

they got foye for a second round pick.. not bad at all, and they will have a lottery pick since they own the knicks pick from the carmelo deal..

They traded their best big man to Memphis for Darrell Arthur.

koufos and arthur lateral moves. meanwhile they picked up Hickson, nice move..

They have a new coach, with a different philosophy, they will be getting back their best or one of their best players in gallo soon and chandler will be back.. plus they have tons of draft picks and a potential high lottery pick from the knicks this draft.. they are more than fine... they are doing what we should be doing..

Kicks are going from 54 wins to bottom 9 team? Pretty predictable response. Actually Lawson, Iggy and Gallo all could have a case made for being the best player on the team but Iggy was a huge loss for them. They definitely will have a lottery pick. Not sure if that is why they changed something that was working and gave away Gobert and let Iggy walk.

Pretty simple, Karl was never going to take them higher and they don't want first and second round exits, so if they have to drop back a bit and retool so be it. How far you going to go if you don't develope McGee and play Kostas ahead of him and Moz? I you give 38 year old ANdre miller big minutes? Karl coached for his next contract or have that "COY" in his pocket and have a fool like Dolan throw him Larry Brown money!

I don't think losing iggy hurts them longer term.

I know you want to hate on all things good about LIn, and have the Nuggs fail to make you feel better.

Im not worried about anyone but the knicks.

get away from the 54 wins, that was the knicks having a lot of things go right last year.. Kidd being one of them....

what is typical is the misery loves company post trying to down denver now.. I mean come on.. denver can go 0-82 and they will benefit by way of pick.. we don't even have that.... it seems we are the mess..

Sometimes a team makes a bad signing. McGee was that guy. Also, I loved Lin as a Knick but he handled himself in away that benefited him. Nothing wrong with that but he isn't a saint and he wasn't a savior. He also isn't as good as some make him out to be.
