that was a great play by Ibanez... i dunno why these guys just don't sit on that offspeed stuff, cuz that's what Pedro's throwing.

Yup-- he was mostly throwing first pitch strikes to that point. Clearly he lost his control a bit that innning, but the curve is looking nasty. He just has to be getting ahead in the count.

his location was way off last inning... that's AJ... he's cruising then all of a sudden loses the plate... good thing he didn't give up any damage

i have a feeling this is gonna be another one of those games where we finally break through vs. Pedro in the 6th or 7th... it has that feel to it.

That's an artful game by Pedro so far. You guys call the game a lot better than Joe Buck btw.

Hopefully that throw by Molina woke up the stadium a bit. That was a great play...lets see if the Yanks can carry some momentum over
