Lee looked amazing last night and played with a swagger. It is one game. If the yanks are truly a great team, they should bounce back. I'm a little nervous, but you have to think that their bats will come alive. My concern is whether or not AJ can step up. Could be a defining moment for him tonight.

truth, if the Yankees deserve to win this thing they can bounce back from 1 loss... hell, the '96 team bounced back from a 0-2 deficit... no one said winning championships would be easy... i think this series goes 7 & will be 1 of the best ever played... we've seen this Yankees team fight back all year long, i don't think this series will be any different.

i think AJ will keep us in the game tonight... maybe not shut the Phillies down but we should be able to score some runs off Pedro tonight... it will come down to our offense & whether or not our bullpen can bounce back from last night's terrible performance... we need to put the pressure on Pedro, at the plate & on the basepaths

Joe finally took my advice... Hairston's in RF tonight & batting 7th, Swisher's on the bench... Hairston has good #'s vs. Pedro lifetime (10 for 27, .370 BA, .952 OPS)... this way he still has Gardner on the bench for pinch running duties & Hinske on the bench for pinch hitting.

well, yanks lose today and series is probably over...gotta give the phillies credit - they have a swagger and don't give a sh t. we need to get some runs early to loosen us up...but this one is going to come down to AJ...he's a wildcard...
