He got away without the true penalty for the knee in the groin and did not get called when he tripped Kanter (the next game, I think).

Just wondering.

If Green got suspended for kicking Adams then OKC would be in the FINALS now ..
The League refused to suspend Green for deliberately kicking Adams .. when the vid show Adams knocking the ball out of Green hands then came the kick .. Lebron showed he is the best athletic player in the league by the way he set Green up to get what we all know Green deserve

No matter GSW will still close it out.

Not excusing Lebron, but we've seen players step over other players before (See Iverson stepping over Lue). Is it unnecessary? Yes. But does it warrant a hit to the balls? Hell no! When are we going to address Greens fetish for hitting dudes in the balls!?

Our Charles Oakley did a lot those "unnecessary" stuff before. Appreciated that.

You could say that Lebron bated him, and Green fell for it....

LeBron tried to do that with Curry too. When does the league step in and say to LeBron we know what you doing.

This from RealGM board pretty much sums it up...

"Green's suspension fits Lefraud's typical path to success: If it's a challenge, instead of rising up to it, either run from it or move it out of the way. He ran from Cleveland to a super team in Miami. When things got tough there, he ran from Miami to what he thought was a super team in Cleveland. Now he's he's about to get beat again, so he plays the victim so the league can make yet another path to winning easier for him. He's pathetic. He's a joke. He's a fraud. And no amount of bogus calls will change this fact. I don't know how anyone could honestly be fan of this guy."

A bit rough, but pretty good summary. It's really a shame that someone of his freakish ability should have to resort to such outright sheehit to try for the win. This shouldn't even be an issue with him.

From the time he was in high school, it's been drilled into his head that he's coming to save the NBA. And that got to his head. 6 straight NBA finals is an outstanding achievement, but how many finals did he actually win...that's what separates the greatest ones from him.

Jordan never lost an NBA finals series
Kobe has won most of his
Duncan has won most of his
LeBeetch....not so hot.

You speak of individuals, not the teams.
Jordan was a sociopath who would fight his own teammates. Draymond been hitting guys in the nuts for a few weeks now. Lebron baited him and he took it. Dray reats by hitting guys in the nuts.
Whats up with that. Jordan would do anything to win, including bait guys into a fight.

I think some of you are blinded by hate and somehow going to the finals is not an achievement. Its like "well he should".........OK, the real "blame" is the fans expectation of "The king". Fans anointed him and bought the hype.

Ewing went over the line, Dray can't stop moving his hand to players testicles. They bought it on themselves.

I think I missed something... what does the "Ewing went over the line" bit mean?

Oh! You literally meant "over the line" re: the Heat game. Got it, thanks.

Im sorry, Green deserve 3 game suspension just for that kick to Adams .. what Green did is far from playing basketball .. I know i couldnt keep playing ball if i watch a opponent kick my teammate like that

I don't think it resets. I think his chance for future suspensions increases.
I keep thinking about VanGundy saying the only question about a suspension for the Adams incident was whether it would be one or two games. Two games and OKC is probably in the finals.
This is a bad look for the nba. It appears like they are trying to extend the series.

If GSW wins this game, Green needs to see this through another venue, LOL.

Whatever happens, Irving is playing on another level. Wasn't sure if he could elevate his game, but he has.

wow what a show tonight. GS started to rely on 3's too much and were somewhat physically manhandled. The two best players on the court were on Clev tonight by a long shot.

NBA pretty much cut the Warriors nuts off just so they can extend the series.

Cavs are winning, but this is a team with that does not seem to play offense together as a group, just James and Irving doing their respective things on the offensive end.

Only 15 Assists for 44 baskets and just 2 of the assists were from players other than James and Irving.

Green should have missed at least 1, and maybe two, games in the OKC series, and is the reason I decided to root for the Cavs, a team I am not in love with by any means.

As someone mentioned earlier...GS might have been knocked out the last series if the league did what they were supposed to do.

It is karma. At least Green now gets to be on the court if GS wins the series.

That's a cop out they don't throw him out the game but suspend for the next. Makes no sense. This has always pissed me off because The Knicks were always getting the short end of suspensions.

You don't think Green's actions on the court in the OKC series were worthy of at least a 1 game suspension?!

You talk about the NBA wanting to extend this series...If you believe this conspiracy, why not take the leap and consider that they wanted GS to get past OKC for a Cavs/GS repeat?

Should have been thrown out of the game when he kicked Adams...refs f'd that up big time and set the tone for Green's reign of terror in the OKC series.

Karma is a bytch, but at least Green gets a chance to be on the court when GS wins, which they probably will.

Finals got interesting, even with a blowout. Love better not come out with that deer in the headlights look again. Love now has the record for the fewest points in a finals game by a player with a 100 million dollar plus contract. They might have to go for depth instead of trying to find another star via trade, the way Love's playing. Shump's contract is moveable with the new cap, might be a package deal.

Dude everyone was saying even on TV that it was a bogus decision on the NBAs part. I even heard on radio I forget who but the person said the league wants max games and even the owner are on board. ABC puts pressure on the NBA too for max games. It's not a conspiracy Draymond Green should have been thrown out of the game if it was so flagrant what he did. It's stupid to project what happened in one game to the next. Take action immediately or forget it.

I agree with you that once he kicked Adams he should have been thrown out of that game. As for Cavs it was totally bogus it was stupid but hey even the media was like WTF is the NBA doing if not trying hard to extend the series.

I hate to say it but business is business and innocence gets lost in it. I would love basketball to be straight fair and teams going full tilt all the time not manipulated by outside forces.

"Event the Media"? C'mon, the Media will create the speculation that fans will eat up.
JVG and Jax are making it more interesting. After he kicked Adams in the nuts he was on a short leash given his Tech count and flagrant count.

While the Lebron Nut grab was hardly a bad infraction, the parameters were all in place for him to be suspended. All Green had to do was not touch anyone. He did.

Donaghy is a piece of shyt who needs to sell books. Everyone loves a conspiracy.

I'm arguing more about the OKC series...the action he actually got suspended for was marginal at best, and James seemed to provoke things, but you have to expect that the refs talked to about Green and how to deal with him before the series started.

Green brought this on himself, though. Kicking Adams, and the very next game tripping Kanter, both obvious and potential injury causing actions...but no suspension, and not even a foul on the trip?

Could have been a lot worse for Green and GS if the refs and the league had done the right thing in the OKC series.
