I guarantee you that Novak had more rebounds per minute and points per minute than Melo. LOL!

i was thinking the same thing SC. at some point this tension is going to boil over.. i think you kinda saw it tonight with melo getting pissed when fields isn't getting him the ball.

That's selfish and in all honesty there is no need. Just because they played well tonight it does not give them the right to chew a teammate out. That doesn't mean they do not need to talk. Also, Melo and Amar'e was on the bench to start the quarter so that hurt them too.

Melo played well tonight? Really? I cannot remember when he shot close to 50% in a game.

Really??? The 8 boards 3 asts, 2 stls, 1 blk not enough for you? And what about not feeding the hot hand? Amare should've touched the ball more in the 4th.

No...please tell me how many boards were in the 2nd half and how Melo shot in the second half. Really...tell me.

Huh? Were you not watching the game? Melo and Stat played harder than we've seen in awhile. Offensive boards killed them obviously, but both were engaged for the most part on both sides of the ball.

I thought they looked good tonight vs a very good team except when they put J.R. Smith in. He gave up about an 8 pt swing without a positive contribution. They also had 3 guards in their (Davis, Smith, Shumpert) which allowed Taj Gibson to go crazy on the boards.

Pretty good 3rd quarter, think it was like 13 PTS , then 2 shots for most of 4 th

JR Smith should never leave the bench again...just plain awful.

Why continue. You can't win because they didn't win. All he is looking at the box score and the last 4 or 5 chucks at the end.

Another bad mda decision. He doesn't have to play jr, he needs to shorten the rotation.

That was just a ridiculous line-up.

1st step was fix the problem with effort. That was partially fixed but then they didn't rebound worth a darn tonight. They killed us with Offensive rebounds.

Bulls
TOTALS FGM-A 3PM-A FTM-A OREB DREB REB AST STL BLK TO PF PTS
40-93 5-14 19-28 22 34 56 25 7 5 12 21 104
43.0% 35.7% 67.9%
Knicks
TOTALS FGM-A 3PM-A FTM-A OREB DREB REB AST STL BLK TO PF PTS
37-80 3-11 22-31 9 29 38 21 7 13 13 20 99
46.3% 27.3% 71.0%

Bulls are a pure Hustle team and that's how they beat us. Not with great execution. It was Rose going nuts and the rest of them hit the boards!!! If we would've trapped Rose and made him give up the ball more at least that might slow Rose down a bit and force someone else to beat us.

YO STAT HAD ONLY 3 FREAKIN REBOUNDS. This is part of the problem. We need to crash the boards and Tyson gets pulled away to block shots, so STAT has to cover his back!!!

Answer my question...how many of Melo's 8 rebounds came in the 2nd half? Overall, I was happy with the effort...the combination of Offensive Rebounds and bad ref calls did the Knicks in.

If all of Bulls players played blindfolded, they would somehow still get more offensive rebounds than Knicks.

Hey ChuckBuck...let me help you out...you are raving about Melo 8 rebounds. Melo had 1 rebound in the 2nd half...that came with 24 seconds left. No matter how hard I want this guy to prove me wrong...when things don't come his way....the Team Pays.
