I kinda hope Dirk wins 1 but I feel like the Heat winning keeps Chris Paul focus. What's the point of making 15-16 million a year when you can't beat the super teams. Come to New York for 12 million and be happy....

I got 4 million reason per year why he wont come here.

yea man he really crumbled here. you could tell after that second free throw he was thinking too much and really in his own head.

epic kurt thomas performance. he's a free agent. he's played in NY and he's played for d'antoni. he fits in so well as a backup because he can play good D and offensively he doesn't kill you b/c he can hit it out to 18'. great LLE candidate.

The Bulls outrebounded, outscored the Heat from the field, had more assists, had less turnovers. The only category in the Heats favor was free throws. The Heat got to the line 12 more times. I think officiating had a lot to do with the outcome of this game and this series.

LOL @ the TNT round table, mostly Charles Barkley, the Bulls only took one game but I bet if you asked who feels good right now about the half..............it's still the Bulls!!!!!!

rose, like westbrook and durant, is 22. all these kids are gonna grow and presumably battle the heat for the next decade.

boozer is overrated. above average offensive player and absolutely inept defensively. he's like a poor man's STAT -- smaller, less efficient offensively, less athletic, way worse defender like a statute with guys coming at him.

noah also has to make huge strides. he has been mentioned in a bunch of trade talks including carmelo rumors a while back and they always held onto him. he's an excellent rebounder and plays with a good motor on D but he needs to have a growing role on the offensive end. he is an awesome ballhandler/passer for a guy who's 6'11, a few times this series he took guys off the dribble and smoothly got to the hoop. i hope both the bulls feature him more (bulls offensive sets/thibbodeau need to be worked on - props to martin on the unfairness of the MDA debate you were right on that one u need good offense and good defense

the debate is over -- lebron is unequivocally the best player in the world. absolutely no denying it. the heat have basically been saving him defensively until the 4th and then putting him on rose, the league MVP, who he's absolutely dominated. rose just can't get anything off on him. too big, just as fast, way way stronger.

really excited for the finals. think its a great matchup.

marion on lebron.
kidd on wade.
i bet the heat start out with anthony and bosh on dirk and then go to james in the 4th.

i like ty chandler and haywood on the mavs front line. they are both 7' so they have a big size advantage over bosh 6 10/haslem 6 7/anthony 6 9.

not to mention the hilarious deshawn stevenson/lebron james rivalry, which is great.

dirk's legacy is on the line. lebron trying to finally seize the crown.

He's played bad the whole playoffs fans weren't paying close enough attention. You can't shoot well on the other side of 20FGA 70% of the series at 35%fg eventually it will catch up to a team. He needs to develop his game to make other players around him better otherwise his whole career will be an excuse he doesn't have enough help

do you acknowledge that the bulls offensive otherwise is inept. rose plays well for 3 quarters but as a volume shooter and in the 4th quarter he gets exposed. D's clamp down and he has nobody to throw to. the couldn't even get a shot off at the buzzer. not a great offensive scheme and defensive minded players who can't create their own shot.

noah needs to develop his game more and needs his role in the offense developed. that guy is too good of a passer and ballhandler to not have more of the offense go thru him.

rose is what he is -- i obviously think he'll get better but i don't think he's going to wake up one day and be a john stockton esque pass first PG its just not the way he plays. he will however become a more efficient scorer and cut down on stupid plays and turnovers. he's an absolute freak and when they play up tempo he's lethal. the game slows down in the 4th and (A) if you're a defensive team and the other team plays better D than you, you're not going to win and (B) nobody on the bulls can create or is a big enough weapon so they put LEBRON on rose who has bottled him up. rose can't even get shots off its like a big kid playing a little kid on the playground.

Hmm, did someone on the Heat bench toss a towel just as Rose took that last shot?

I thought Wade guarded Rose the first 3 games in the fourth quarter.

Rose needs a jumper plain and simple. That or he needs to get his PG skills together.

kenny the jet just said "the bulls don't have the personnel. that's why he's taking 29 shots a game."

the bulls won 60 games this year! noah and boozer missed significant time. this guy is in the conference finals at 22. he takes 1000 jumpers a day during season. he'll be fine.

GAmes 3, 4, 5 Heat get sent to the line 36 more times than the Bulls. That is an average of 12 more attempts a game. I don't see how a young team overcomes that.

OK. Is this going to be Miami vs. Dallas or Miami + 3 vs. Dallas?

Rose's PG skills just arent that good. Carlos Boozer isnt this bad. You trade Boozer to the Nets and he is back to 20 and 10. Why? Deron Williams is a PG who can get him easy/good shots.

Noah gets the ball 15 ft from the basket and we know he cant shoot. PG is supposed to get guys easy shots.

Lebron James, Wade, and Bosh drove to the basket and got contact. Plus the Bulls were jumping out of their socks on every head fake.
