Dolan might insist team do it but I'd think he can't contractually make them via public appearance requirements that might exist in standard NBA contract? Dolan being a Trump supporter makes this interesting.

Personally a snub would be funny and my preference. But if they vote and go because its the office and as a favor to Dolan who is a generous employer to players It would not bug me out.
