Sick of this switching !!!! wtf? our switching is killing us.
the problem is that we gave them what they wanted. they wanted to slow down the game. we are much better running like we did last month

Try to sugarcoat this all you want but this was a terrible game all around and exposed us as a team that still has a lot to do before they can be considered contenders. Right now we are exactly as our record says, a mediocre team when good (our days at .500) and a team without focus and discipline in our bad days (sub -.500 like hoe we will be today).

For all the pieces, for all the practice we had, we couldn't beat an old Celtics team that keeps kicking our behinds and showing us that you can overcome flash and hype with experience and veteran play. Rondo schooled Lin. Pierce ate Melo for lunch and even old Garnett was valuable when it mattered, being more consistent than Amar'e.

18-19 is exactly what we are.

Easy to forget why we are in this game!

last i remmbered we were down 96-90 and lin hit a three and a 2

Yes - sure.

We are close because of Lin. Not Melo.

Take off the blinders.

At least be honest did lin save our season?

Why change the argument? Stay on track like you said its in the past riiiight.

JC get rind of your man crush on Lin.
Hey man i thought we had no hard feelings. I think Lin played horrible never said otherwise

Without Melo, Lin takes down THE MAVS, THE LAKERS, THE JAZZ, 8-1 RECORD!!!

With Melo, we lose to THE CELTICS, THE HEAT, defeat the Hawks and the Cavs, 2-2 RECORD!!

YOU DO THE MATH!

let's blame Melo because Lin can't stop turning the ball over

So this was Amare's Fault?? 16 pts...13 rebounds. You don't think it had anything to do with a subpar game from Lin and some questionable coaching decisions?

I think they definitely should have fouled especially cause Celtics had no timeouts..as soon as Garnett caught that pass there should have been a foul.

I am relaxed as can be. Just stay on point with the statements you make - can't just fling stuff at the wall and see if it sticks.

I think you get a little worked up and insult a little but thats ok i forgive man i am pissed by the loss too

Marbury's crossover didn't do jack for the Knicks. Change your name.

Ref's stunk, but so did we- the way we played in the 3rd q was a disgrace, all the circus passes that led to TO's in the first half sunk us too. Every time we think we're ready to turn the corner, we fail.

Correction, Pierce ate a smaller, Shump and Jr and Lin and whoever was switching on him. This switching defensive philosphy is so middle-school. It will kill you against a veteran team thats patient enough to exploit the mismatches because of the switching.

Sad but true we basically had a training camp the past 2 weeks to practice and still lost. I don't want to hear about no practice time ever again

Amare played ok but he kills the offense. Defense???? He should stay down on the offensive side always.

Lin would look much better with JJ.

I agree. Shoulda fouled but MDA is way too stubborn for that.

Lin had a bad game and overall the team seemed a bit off. Not much but just enough to mess up what should've been a win. I'm not really that worried tho, cuz I know this team can play better. This is only one game. The Knicks still have a ton of work to do and it's games like this that make it clear. We still aren't "smooth" on offense and we have defensive lapses.

Lin still has trouble against good defensive teams that take away the PnR and penetration. The C's play a sort of zone where they clog the paint area but can still close out on shooters. They basically play half way between the 3pt line and the paint.
