Hibbert is awesome. Especially now that he isn't playing the Knicks. His hook shot can't be defended.

But he actually had me after game 1 of the semis when he still spoke very respectfully about the Knicks, called them a great team, despite the fact that the Pacers had just kicked their asses. He's a good guy.

There was a putback by him down the stretch that TOTALLY defeated/pissed off LeBron. In that moment, I think it dawned on him that there was a good chance the Heat were not going to win this game.

If we interpret your theory literally, than it was probably falsified last night. You said the Pacers would play tight in the fourth quarter at home but they played pretty evenly with the Heat in the fourth quarter.

Home teams play timid at home when the opposing team brings it for 48 min , visiting team play loose, so if the game is close , especially at the end home team gets nervous .

I have to disagree with your theory..I think Miami was under more pressure in game 3 because they lost home court advantage...They had to win game three or be down 2-1 with another game to play in Indy...JVG was also asked about the pressure in an interview this morning on Mike and MIke..He said the noise and home court doesn't bother a vet team until the last few mins of a close game..he also thought the pressure was on Miami...

Well I disagree with you and Jeff Vandummy, the pressure is on the home team to win games AT HOME in front of their fans. When the opposing team is playing hard , your fans want you to match their intensity , that in itself puts more pressure on you to perform.

There is no pressure on the visiting team, no family and friends to deal with before the game. You are loose and ready to take names the us against the world mentality is enough to bring it for 48 minutes.

Denver's home record was 38-3, Miami 37-4, OKC 34-7...Washington..22 of their 29 wins at home ..SAC 20 of their 28 wins at home ...Charlotte 15 of their 21 wins at home...In Football, the home team gets an extra 3 pts in their favor added to the point spread..

Every single team in the NBA had a better home record than road record this past year..In 2011, NJ and Minny are the only teams with better road records..In 2010, SAC is he only team with a better road record..

Yea maybe they read my post after you sent the refs a couple of dollars from your savings a head of time. My trend had to do with the playoffs this year , you can go back ten yrs if you like professor.

Don't put me on a pedestal, you among many say the refs has their hand in the outcome of games in the playoffs why are you trying to change now ? Lebron and the heat will play against the Spurs in the finals, Indiana win last night has peaked the interest of those who were waiting for the finals to watch the NBA again.
Remember the ref takeovers playoff games LA vs Phoe LA vs Sactown NY vs Chicago Dallas vs Miami etc...
