Looking at the Utah/Detroit highlights (300 combined points) and big, big nights by Clarkson for the Jazz and Burks for the Pistons. Rebuilding teams with veteran 6th men scorers - that's ripe for some deadline selling. Both teams also have some surplus bigs - can see how the Knicks might benefit from a deal with either squad to fill out the bench.

Rubio carrer appears to be over-

After stepping away from the franchise to address his mental health, guard Ricky Rubio and the Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed on a contract buyout -- likely marking the end of Rubio's accomplished 12-year NBA career, sources told ESPN Thursday.

Toppin totaled 15 points (5-12 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and one steal in 27 minutes during Wednesday's 142-130 win over the Bucks.

Toppin put forth a balanced showing off the bench, leading the team in rebounds while ending as one of seven players with a double-digit point total in a winning effort. Toppin has hauled in eight or more rebounds in four games this year and has surpassed the 15-point mark on 10 occasions.

Holy snikes. Indy shot 64% from the field and had 50 assists, 28 by their PGs. Knicks won by a slightly bigger margin, with 27 total team assists, but 96% from the charity stripe. Unreal performances by both teams, but different ways.

We got Jacob Toppin who can play D. Next season Jacob is our back up 4. Ideally we keep IHart and Mitch plays 20 mins off the bench with Jacob playing spot 4 mins. With Mitch off the bench team can go smaller at the 4. 😂
