I believe they can trade his rights anytime they want.

Yes his rights can always be traded. And I still believe while we may not see him in summer league again, there’s a good chance he gets signed next offseason or the year after. If Deuce is moved, that combo guard role on the team may open up. Assuming Kolek eventually slides in the backup role, Rokas would be a solid rookie backup 1/2 on a year we likely won’t be bringing in any rookies onto the roster (outside of 2-ways.)
