What's nuts about OKC is they have surplus of yoot and picks to make Milwaukee a hell of a deal for Giannis.
It would be an overpay but Gianiss has two more years of contract plus a 62 mil year player option.
Not saying bucks are there and one does it mid season but compelling.
Can't say what Presti has in mind. Have to start paying what he has and he has 13 picks over the next 5 years alone in the first round? Maybe it was 7 years.

Butler took that contract and by doing so accepted he is the franchise. not sure what's up with Bam but Butler wants them to cash it in and get a "Star", well he should be that star! He making 48mil t his year, 52 next if he opts in. Grateful? They went to finals and Conf finals in 2023. Is he still that guy?
Likely not. He is asking for 100mil over 3 years. Its a fair price, but seems Miami will let him walk if he can't get that elsewhere. Fact is he could just opt in also.

took that roster a few years to get it right if one recalls.
Our ceiling is very high but there is but so much a team can do given cap/aprons so perhaps padding the wins when the schedule was week could be part of the plan.
Pro teams are not oblivious to the issues we are discussing.

Both Jimmy Butler and Tyreek Hill want out of Miami I guess the state income tax savings wasn’t enough
