RJ looks like he's been hitting up the Bellagio buffet with his boy Zion. I guess we now know who's going to get those minutes at the four.

He does look buff

I swear a few weeks ago there was a video and everyone was talking about how RJ had slimmed down - now looking at this he looks sluggish and heavy IMO.

Don’t think any Miami Heat look fatty like this - ever….even at Turkey Day dinner.

There are high tides and there are low tides.....

Someone on twitter (X) pointed out that most of those drives were done going right.

I honestly don’t see any reason for body shaming here. Definitely not in Zion territory. Wasn’t there chatter last year about RJ being too buff and muscley? That it impaired his flexibility?

Anyway he just dominates the little fellas in this off-season workout video.

some of y'all like high school girls body shaming him! funny stuff.
I never understand the purpose of these videos other than fans need to see players working out as if they don't see it, it is not happening.
Yeah, it looks slow. Maybe its leg day an and he is doing weight training then fatiqued, going thru these work outs to better condition? Im not up on the latest process so maybe some of you who are on the cutting edge of body construction and physiology can chime in.
Curious to see him at start and the end of next season. 82 games and the stats tell a story but so do 10 game intervals.
What's OG doing? Eating Poutine and working on his slap shot on the ice?
I liked Mitch running around the track working on his FT form. Actually I don't expect him to change much but it would look better if he gave the appearance at the line of caring. To be fair, my last recollection was him hitting some clutch FT's to seal the deal in Cleveland!

Wasn’t addressing you btw. And in our walking on eggshells era I believe fashion choices are still shameable!

Ok I’m guilty of weakest body shaming ever - carry on my apologies to all offended.

I do find Martin’s outfit shaming distasteful and offensive.

Hoping RJ comes into camp as mean lean fighting machine - apologies to any offended

Yeah, a couple of more pizzas and we might have to roll RJ onto the court.

Loved Doc in the 90’s. Already love him in the 20’s.

I'm assuming this an entire season. Only like 5 three pointers? 😏

Wow, good observation there. Doc is a great analyst. But is his voice up to it?

I have problems with this list, but at least they have Brunson at 23.
https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nba/news/nba-players-ranked-nikola-jokic-james-harden-offseason/anadt20hngohjtcxwia0eb7u
NBA's top 30 players, ranked: Nikola Jokic makes the leap, James Harden sinks as offseason continues

Similar to last time, these rankings are a collaborative effort from nine members across The Sporting News' global NBA staff. Participants ranked their top 35 players in the league, with a sliding scale of points attached to each ranking. From there, the top 30 players were sorted in order of point total.

Wow… a whole lotta nostalgia in this one. Marv, Johnny Hoops, bruiser-ball, Dick Bevetta, bald Spree, Buck ****ing Williams.

Love it.
