Woody has his work cut out for him. Only one day to try and figure it out. This game was toast when we saw Melo playing tight. The last thing we needed was for our best player to come out cold. Then on top of that the refs were atrocious, but I don't expect that to happen again. Knicks need to come out aggressive on Monday.

It was that second quarter run. A lot of factors caused that but the Knicks couldn't overcome it.

Or we if we stunk slightly more, we'd be playing a Bulls team with no Rose. At the end of the day I'll never complain about seedings- if you want to win it all, you have to beat the best- you can't cheat it.

I hated EVERYTHING about this game- everything.

I'm just going to chalk it up to the unique, exquisite pain that is being a Knicks fan. We can kill ourselves with the what-if scenarios. What if we hadn't blown that 16 point lead to Indy? What if we didn't lose to the friggin' Bobcats? Meanwhile, Philly legitimately tanks their last game to get the Bulls and Rose goes down with a knee injury. Life just isn't fair if you wear the orange and blue...

I finally agree- Woodson has not given in at all to that- but I bet PJax would - he's good at talking guys into things and speaking the language that gets through to stars - But I would love to see Woodson be able to do that

If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.

Honestly, it won't surprise me if they don't win a game in this series. The heat are much better the Celtics were last year. One thing for sure. If this team relies on jumpshots instead driving to the hole, not winning a game will be a reality.

The only problem is that Woody doesn't really have any answers offensively. When he's gotten in trouble he's gone back to the MDA plays. In this game he relied on his ISO ball style, but it backfired. Woody has to figure out a better way to get Melo going and at the same time getting the entire team to be involved. Woody can't go into a shell like he did in ATL, where he refused to adjust and got swept 2 years in a row!!!

He won't be. His accountability rants are a joke.

I agree but I hope that the Knicks catch a break or two on Monday. Losing Shump, being dominated and the officiating made this game a nightmare.

I'm pretty sure the Zach-Lee-Chandler-Gallo-Crawford Knicks or the guys we moved last year could have done this. Securing a 7th after rebuilding for 4 years and watching Bibby miss jumpers all night was worth the wait. This guys are a ****ing joke a 35 point loss? Please come to Melos defense after this one. I have never seen anything like this.

Please don't defend this team. It's not one game. Loser franchise, fans expectations are ****ing embarrassing. These guys and this team is a one round winner at beat. Way to show up vs the Cavs

We need to start flopping like the Clippers. Since we hardly flop we are always at a disadvantage.

Melo laying the 4 will make it worse because Bron will still guard him and there will definitely be no offensive alternate...They will keep denying Melo the entry pass..The game is a lot more complex than that gents

Fans are acting like we're a bunch of 21 year olds lucky to be in the playoffs when we're a veteran team with championship aspirations. The worst part is we're capped out, Amare's is untradeable and we'll use our exceptions to re-sign Lin and Novak so we can't make any major changes to this team.

Lebron guarding him is not the problem. Spacing is.

Good news! You can cheer for the Grizzlies, Warriors, Nuggets and Blazers! I'm sure one of those teams will ease your heart-ache.

Woody's poor showing doesn't make MDA a better coach..MDA has chances against Boston as well..We saw how that turned out
