According to a few tweets on that hoopshype site, AK47 has told his Moscow team he's returning to the NBA, and also that he isn't interested in the Nets for the minimum.

Ak47 would be a dream with the last roster spot. I'm not sold on parakhouski. I think Robin Lopez is still available, he would make a good backup c/pf and might be available for the vet min. Might be interesting with both brook and robin in NYC.

carl Landry is still available it seems. might be the best fit if he is willing to take the vet minimum.

You know I gonna spin wit it

Robin Lopez is on the verge of going to New Orleans in a sign and trade.

Lopez may be going to NO and AK47 is heading to Minny I think. GS is trying to work out something with Landry.

My pipe dream is that Andray Blatch signs with NY for one year to build his brand. Teams rebuilding may stay away and contending teams roster spots are closing so there is just a little hope.

Kahn is such a terrible GM- he's giving away another 1st round pick plus another poor lottery player he made a mistake in picking. How many lottery picks has he given away and how many high picks has he wasted on bad players?! How does he still have a job?!

Isn't he the dude that drafted 3 point guards in the 1st round?

Straight out of my Fantasy Football strategy book, draft 3 straight RB's to trade one later.

Because it's Minnesota and since KG left, no one really cares. Even Kevin Love is losing patience with them and might hit the road if things don't turn around.

And in the "rich get richer" section of free agency: Lakers sign Antawn Jamison.

Their payroll is over approaching 95m and I believe they still have a 3m MLE to use if they choose to use it.
Delfino would fit in nicely, but Lakers might not want to pay him the full 3m.
They already went all in with Nash, they might as well use their 3m MLE, at least a portion of it for Delfino or Anthony Tolliver.

Regardless, they should look to acquire a player that can play G/F to spread the floor with Nash, Kobe, Gasol, Bynum or Dwight.
Mike Brown doesn't even play Josh McRoberts, I have no clue why not.

With Nash, I think it would be a big mistake to not play a player like McRoberts, with good athleticism, decent size, and makes good cuts.

yeah, I like AK47, but if that offer is true 8-9m a year for AK47 at his age now, is way too much.
He should be making less than what Beasley makes at 6m.

I see AK47 as a nice piece but closer to 3m, while 5m I think its already overpaying a bit for his services.

Amazing, Suns getting a draft pick and Wesley Johnson trading Bropez and unloading Warrick's 2 year deal to NO.
Twolves does get cap relief and 2 2nd round picks back from New Orleans though.

Nothing against the healhier Bropez but would rather have Greg Stimensa at a multiyear deal with his rebounding/shot blocking ability in limited minutes.

Wow, 2 year 20m for AK47, I like AK47, but not that much, in fact 5m I think would be a decent risk with his age/body build.

Wonder if Suns will go in for The Dwight Howard Sweepstakes as well, they have many picks 4 from Lakers, 1 Twolves, and I think at least all of their own?
Think they can offer Orlando a large trade exemption, with multiple draft picks, and take back a couple salaries like Duhon/Richardson.
Give them back Gortat, maybe take back Turkeglu, I am pretty sure they will be entering the sweepstakes.

Dragic
Beasley
Dudley
Frye gets a legit center so he can stay outside and shoot 3's with penetration of Dragic.
Dwight Howard

Marshall
Shannon Brown
Morris
Scola

Vet Mins

and whatever they in as throw back as bad contracts from Orlando....

At least he's getting away from starting his own GuardsRus franchise. They might shake things up next season.
