WOW! What a game! What a great game. Uruguay is has deadly strikers. Absolutely dead on! They are not going down easy.

i'm thoroughly proud of my boys for scoring the first goal against this tough Uruguay defense, but thoroughly frustrated that no one was cutting into the box for centering passes... i guess that could be a product of Uruguay's brilliant D, but man we had some golden opportunities to score another goal but couldn't get it done... also some real shoddy defense played on Uruguay's first goal by the goalkeeper & 2 defenders who completely fell asleep... ship those guys to Pyongyang immediately!

some real sketchy refereeing by that German ref too... we got some go our way too but man, there was some real physical plays where i thought fouls should have been called vs. the Uruguay players but nothing was called... could have effected the outcome... that last bender shot was amazing tho, gotta give that guy credit... our own player had a similar looking bender shot just deflect off the post... just a few inches & we could be looking at a different game.

anyway, great game by both teams... now GO GET EM TEAM USA!!!

i'm assuming you're talking about that last strike by the Korean player on the breakaway? if so, i completely agree... he gets a little air on that shot & it's a tie game.
