what a surprise Butler was put in the game only during the final minute when the game and season was over before tipoff! again...dumbest franchise in the history of sports

Last chance the Knicks have to stick it to Reggie and this is what we get.I dont care that these guys werent around when there was a real rivalry,they know what this means to the fans.That gets to me more than anything.

Wearing a Knicks uniform used to mean something.It meant you played like your life depended on it.

The biggest market in the US,the mecca of basketball,the highest payroll in the league,and we cant even field a fing CBA team.

FU Dolan,your family,and the fing horse you rode in on.You are a cancer to this franchise and this city.

Yea no kidding... Not only did we lose by a huge margin, we also didnt play our youngsters at all.. crawford had 45 mins!... all our regular starters got major minutes.. for a losing cause..

I've been supportive of herb, but what the hell is he thinking? Is he waiting for us to be mathematically out before he lets the kids have a chance?

I also share in the frustration. It's getting to the point where I can't talk about the Knicks without getting a little ticked off.
But hey, look on the bright side, baseball season has started, Yanks are 2-0, and both wins cam off the Red Sox.
I swear, I may go into cardiac arrest if I didn't have that to hold onto atleast.

Marbs is playing for points. He had a 3 on 1 (7:25 in 4ht) and the defense commited to him, Had wide open reezy but kept it knowing he'd get to the line! He shot and shot to pad his points! Makes no sense.

Crawful is a clown!

THis must be Isiah who is doleing out the minutes.

Sweets is really piling it on! Looks huge.

It is a blessing to have this guys playing heavy minutes in a losing cause, because they will remember it next season. That will force all of them to spend a lot more time to learn how to play the game and come in much more polish....

i was angry with marbury too. this guy can get really selfish. you could even see the expression on ariza's face that he was angry with marbury. herb williams is either slow or still thinks he has a chance to be head coach next year. obviously the knicks dont wanna play fo real any more, so put the YOUNGSTAS in. damn i wanna see jackie butler get at least 10 mins. ariza at least 25. if we dont make some HUGE trades over the offseason i dont see us being in the playoffs or over 35 wins for years to come.

someone said the only way Marbs gets his 8 apg is with the pick and roll play to Kurt... I realize now that is SO true as they hardly ran that tonight and Marbs only had 3

I'm not sure I agree with that, just because our starters have played in PLENTY of losing games this year already. They already know what it's like. Why don't we bench them for a change, so they know what that feels like. Play the youngsters! I wanna see Butler get some time... maybe play jackson with him for a stint, since they did come from the same team. I think both had good numbers on their own teams, and even though those are CBA numbers, they must have some sort of chemistry.

Also, play sweetney major minutes as long as he doesnt get himself into foul trouble. And play Ariza 25 mins or more... we all know he can dunk and defend.. I think Herb should spend the rest of the season convincing Ariza to attack the basket more. I want to see if we can bring out some offensive game from him also.

He is told to try to win as many games as possible, probably by IT, so he doesn to look that bad, I mean, what is IT supposed to tell Dolan, after spending all this money and coming up with a team worse then any Layden has put together at least if you go by the wins, which is prolly the only thin Dolan understands about basketball.

It's basically every man for himself, the vets are selfishly padding stas, the coach just wants to win some games, and IT just wants something good to report to his boss.

Everybody is covering their behind, and nothing is getting done, the organzization is in shambles. But it has been these way for a while now, so whatever.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Dolan is not dumb, I know that the room for success as a black man is much smaller than that of a white man in this world, but in all actuality, Isiah had to first fix what was left from the old regime before putting his own stamp on this team. As many white GMs that there is in this league and 95% of them have failed in their first 3 years, but why must it be different for the few blacks?????? In one year, Isiah has done a lot more than those who have been around for 4 years...Give the man a chance to do what he knows how to do best. He has a couple of draft picks and expiring contracts, he will find a way to improve this team. One thing is for sure, if you don't produce or show the desire to do your best, he will get you out of town in a heart beat. Dolan needs to STFup and let the man do his job.

Don't confuse activity with progress. Isiah has done alot, but what is questioned is has he furthered any progress?

Also bold moves were designed to improve THIS SEASON! Many of us expected a .500 season. Chad Ford wrote a damming article early in the season we all dismissed as "hating". The dude was right on.

Very few are calling for isiahs head, but many question what in the heck is he doing!

IM estimating we will have 31 wins this year. That is the kind of record one would expect if you blow it up. He did not, he added! And now he must face the rath of question.
