As I said in another thread, my interest in Randolph depends entirely on his recovery from injury. He's having arthroscopic surgery, which is actually quiet common for NBA players. It's nothing like Dyess's situation, but if doctors had any concerns after examining him, I'd forget about trading for him.
I like Odom and I would love to have him on the team, but I'm not sure a Marbury/Odom combo would fare better than a Kobe/Odom combo (which has been a huge disappointment). An SF who plays like a point forward usually isn't the best compliment for a guard who dominates the ball (either Marbury or Kobe). Both players (Marbury and Kobe) would be much better off playing with a low post scorer, even if that player overall were less talented (like Zach).

That's an interesting point Bonn. (Though I hope Marbury has less ego then Kobe)
Zach and Kurt would actually work very well as a PF/C combo on offense with Marbury. If Marbury drives to the basket, Zach's defender can't leave him to help because Zach can abuse people in the low-post. Kurt can shoot 17 feet from the basket and keep the other team's C too far from the basket to help if Marbury drives. A Zach/Kurt PF/C combo basically eliminates both big men on the other team from playing help defense when our players drive to the basket. It wouldn't work this way with a player like Odom, who's nowhere near the low-post scorer that Zach is. It would work like that with Eddy Curry, though.
