I said right after the Knicks won the championship they need to keep leveling up and not get complacent. The East is loading up around them. Repeating will be twice as hard. Keep leveling up. LeBron the basketball player is a dream fit. This team is built to handle the spectacle of it all. Do dynasty ****.

I think the logic is if Bron was able to be the one to bring a chip to NY he would seize that opportunity. I think now that legacy ship has sailed, he just wants the best chance to win. Still think NY has to be in the conversation, but he also has to be looking hard at Miami. And San Antonio.

I wish we could get a video of that guy who teaches cops how to get confessions and first blew up doing the Amber Heard video to break down Rich Paul's video. I haven't seen the whole thing but it seems like Lebron is just waiting for Brunson to convince him.

Any history buffs? In Suetonis Lives of the 12 Emperors he talks about how the emperor Tiberius needed the Senate to beg him to take on the purple, even though it was clear to everyone that it was the only thing to do. I think this is a similar situation.

Lakers and Lebron are news. Even when they don't say a thing.
Look at this thread, Lebron got all us talking and at best it was a check in with super low probability.

Nobody here wants to trade away any of our heroes and make room for Lebron and a center.

For real. We did it our way, no super friends. Brunson? Underdog. Towns? His team gave up on him. Organically. With all the media saying that we could not do it. Best possible way....love it

I don’t know why Rich Paul had to drag the Knicks into it. The only way he can come here is if he is willing to play for the minimum. If he is not, why even mention us. I know he does not think we are trading away anyone for him to create cap space. The only candidates would be Bridges or Hart and there is no way Hart is going anywhere and we would have to get at least 4 picks before we let Bridges go. Keep the Knicks out of the drama. When we wanted you, you had no interest. Go pound sand LeBron. And for Rich Paul to suggest that the Captain has to call James is ridiculous. James should call him. Brunson is the MVP. James should be begging to come here.
