not an NBA player. On a serious note, I am glad Thibs brought him off the bench. let him get reps before we start him.

Down low, I think it’s a smart move. Means Thibs doesn't want to overwhelm Kolek.

We shall see.

I love Kolek, but he isn't ready so this is a good move. It looked awkward when he brought the ball up, but so far - looking ok.

Love kolek. And not surprised at his cons. He’s a solid backup PG, nothing changed there. Not sure why u say he’s not ready. He’s a fast learner and he’s older. Watch when I tell you. Because he’s likable in the locker room, several vets and young deuce type players with JB and Hart. They will take care of him and get him right.

Born in Brooklyn, Raised in Queens, Lives in Maryland. The future is bright, I'm a Knicks fan for life!

It's asking a lot of a guy that is still finding his way at the NBA level. Physically, emotionally- being thrust into the starting is high pressure.

As much as I troll him, I gotta give credit when he deserves it.

I hate punk azz teams that shoot after we give them a 24-second violation. It's a low-class move, but I expected it. Very solid win.

On the positive, OG 10-10 at the stripe. Unless he fumbles the ball, he can't be stopped at the rim by most. Hart almost another trip doub, but he gave us life when they were playing flat. Truly wished we fouled out Reckless 34. PGs killed it and hell, even Shamet played well. I hope Landry is catching a groove. Team controlled the whole game, loved it.

I think they said 69-0 when they lead by 15 or more. Let's go Knicks.

Man big credit to Delon for opening the game so well. Tone setter. Kolek nice 4th q mins.

This Knicks team without Brunson needed that win against what seems to be their odds on first round opponent.

As positive as the win was, Hart has to find some confidence when he's shooting from outside the paint before we hit the playoffs.

Especially when he and Mitch are both on the perimeter, hard to watch.

So frustrating that Shamet's smooth looking jumper doesn't go down at a higher rate.

I was excited when we grabbed him and expected far more games like last night --- he provided a huge lift.

Breen mentioned this and it's so obvious with Shamet --- his confidence is easily lost. Hope he can keep going like last night.

Yes - he was big early. Like his size and D at PG - the points were a nice addition last night.

Wonder how much that shoulder is affecting him still
