Kolek needs minutes somewhere (at least off bench) and he is a GREAT distrubutor, would help create scoring for team.

What the hell happened to our offense. For a few we was on a historic pace and now its trash. Did our defense improve while our offense took a step back? No, its still trash. How the hell is our record so good when we are trash on both ends?

The stats in that post are Last 10 games, during which time the Knicks are 5-5 (not so good).

- Deuce not a PG yet Thibs keeps making him a PG
- our primary players can't dribble/pass without major issues (this is glaring)
- Josh Hart stats may be a MIRAGE --- Elfrid Payton has 17 triple doubles in his career. Elfrid was a far superior ball handler, passer and defender vs Josh. Is Josh a poor mans Elfrid????
- Kat shot selection is NOT GOOD. The drives thru 3 and 4 defenders into contested layups that result in other team fast break and Kat yelling OMG jogging back up court
- KAT D is brutal
- OG proves walking and chewing gum is in fact impossible when done at same time

Meanwhile Thibs is grinding guys +40 minutes on 2nd of back-back.

Barring a dramatic turn around I think axe may fall on Thibs this summer.

Not seen tonight -- our brutal offense with Jalen holding ball for 98% of shot clock -- it seems we can be bad with/without Jalen.

Brutha let us down BIG TIME. Not sure he has made a bucket in Cali.

The only guy who made shots was Bridges and he took 12 shots. Thats unacceptable with Brunson out. Where js the aggression.

People want to scapegoat Josh but 20 ****ing rebounds that mostly started transition offense. The only we could score.

We're going to need Deuce to play a lot better in JB's absence. He just wasn't good - 7 on 2/13 shooting 2/9 from three. Struggled to get the team set up. Offense looked slughist and sloppy. KAT also shot poorly and didn't have a great game. He looks a step slow and I'm giving him a pass with everything going on in his personal life and he has that bum knee but hopefully he can return to his normal self soon. Major props to KAT for toughing it out and playing but we need KAT at his best this next few weeks. Hate how he started the game giving up 2 open dunks to Zubac. OG wasn't good offensively either but played some nice defense on Harden. Defense overall was solid.

Bridges was a lot more aggressive and did some nice things like getting to the line 6 times and had that nice block on Harden. And shot really well but 12 shots in 43 minutes is not enough. We need more! Hart tied his career high with 20 rebounds but he's still hesitating on open looks. I'm sure Thibs and his staff and his teammates have told him to just let it fly and I'm sure he will be okay but it's frustrating to see. I honestly don't care if he misses but he hurts the team when he passes them up.

That's 3 losses in a row but the next 6 of 7 are fairly winnable so we should be fine. I'll say it again, seeding doesn't matter this season. Be it Cleveland or Boston in the second round, who cares? We're going to be a heavy underdog either way. Let's give ourselves the best chance by being as healthy as possible. And if we drop to 5th and lose homecourt, I could care less too! The Garden is no advantage as we've learned over the years.

This Brunson injury may be a blessing in disguise as we need team ball to win and Kolek brings that out. As others have mentioned, the team often just gets out of the way and Brunson goes Hero ball. That will help us in clutch moments in playoffs, but you can't play the whole game this way. We have to play team ball.
