He'll probably try to get Florida to change their laws, which will be a problem for Desantis. Desantis has tied up voter reform for ex felonies even after it has passed the legislature. Of course Donald isn't even an ex felon at this point.

If you are a felon convicted of a crime not of moral turpitude you can apply to get your voting rights restored after you serve your sentence


So short answer is no trump can’t vote for himself next November while he’s appealing
