Towns is apparently being acquired by the New York Knicks. Apparently the source details two of Towns’ fiancee Jordyn Woods’ friends revealed that the couple are house-hunting in Manhattan, which sometimes can be a sign of an impending trade.

Woods’ pals reported that the move was sudden and urgent, with one speculating that it could be related to a trade.

Of course not. Caruso would replace Quickley as the lead guard off the bench. Think Barrett, Quickley, Toppin, rose and picks for LaVine and Caruso.

I’m such a huge quickley fan. He’s become a culture setting player. But if they were ever going to move him it would have to be before his contract extension. Plus his value won’t increase because he had a good year and will never start here.

I'm not against keeping him. But a team like Chicago who lost Ball needs to get a pg, Time to take advantage while we have a big need for a shooting wing with size. We do it right we can get Lavine for IQ and picks. Maybe keep RJ out of the deal. Bring over Rokas.

That’s the idea, although I get concerned about LaVine and Barrett on the wings defensively. Grimes is a better fit next to LaVine. But if we can get LaVine we can sort that out later.

If we keep RJ out of the deal he can be used in another deal. Key is not pay more then you have to. If we keep RJ he will be playing the 3/4. He will get Obi's 12 minutes off the bench.

Everytime I read an article, we are tied to everything, and that’s been the norm since I was a fan years ago. It’s the mecca, we have young assets and picks and players use us to up their price. But it’s good entertainment until the season starts up again. At least we have a solid FO this time, who doesn’t chase every new toy. They wait for the toys to come to them.
