I think we all were nearly counting on it. He sat out from January last year and came in light and ready to go.
He got every opportunity to earn his playing time. Knicks paid him and he is respected.
crazy career. Might be the only MVP not voted to HOF. It happened so early in his career both the award and his injury.

I admire the sentiment of ROse in Chicago. They love him. But a few things

I think Rose wants to win -- even more than play. So that cuts against Chicago

I like the idea of Derozan. he gets to the line and he's clutch. We need both of those. Don't have the lineups figured out and as others noted that's where it gets tricky

the proposed trade was horrible, i can see Bulls wanting out and trading old for new but Derozan is like 34 so his price has to be very, very low

I'd advise for some to look at Bulls record and they are just a few games back from seeding. currently they in the play in.
I doubt they are sellers but that could change in a few weeks should they fall apart.
as For Drose and "winning", well he said he ok to stay as he enjoys winning. They like 3 or so games behind us.
I doubt they move Derozen unless its to the lakers or a contending team.
Tweaks? Maybe Coby white or other pieces before they start selling.
