Anyone see the play he got hurt? Was there contact?
We don't have a back up 4.
Splitting hairs but Cam can sub in for RJ, then RJ can for Julius.
Or trade his ass.

Of the 3 centers, hart has the 3 in his game. That’s why I think hart can play PF on offense by spreading the floor. Even if he’s not a good shooter he’s not afraid to shoot. And teams have to guard him. Sims and Mitch are centers offensively. Sims can guard PFs and centers. Guess I disagreed then talked myself into agreeing.

Hart or Sims can play PF in spurts.

So could Cam or RJ depending on matchups. And Thibs seems to look at matchups and flexible in his rotations. I have faith in thibs that he will make the right move. Todays PF is yesterday’s SF. So we have options. This not the 80s version of PFs. They all retired so we good.

Could Sims play a few decent minutes at the 4?

He might be able to play some spot minutes. It depends on the matchup. He moved decently on the perimeter, but you're still looking at a lot of open threes... so I guess he'd fit in seamlessly.

Give Obi's minutes to Hart. So far, he has had a "glue guy" affect.

Aren't Obi's minutes going to Jericho?

Yes, in essence Sims has been taking over Obi's rotation spot
Suggesting Hart backing up Randle and Sims backing up MR may have more impact than what Obi has been doing. Which is just making an occasional 3pt shot. Hart brings defense and rebounding.

Thibs is very clearly targeting consistency in his rotation. For all of Cam’s positive play this year, you never really know what you’re going to get from him game to game.

Feel there is already an agreement/understanding in place. Why else would EF, Cam and Rose not be getting any playing time. Especially with recent injuries. Think Dec 15th will be telling.

Westbrook and pick to Knicks
Rose, Fournier, Bogs to Lakers
Pat Bev (cause Cade out for season?), Cam to Detroit

A little flimsy

I think Klutch Cam will end up in L.A. They wanted him last year.

Do we waive Westbrook?
If not, it would be really interesting.
Think on one hand, Russ would be a better facilitator than JB and think the change of scenery would help Russ but not sure who to believe in terms of his affect on team chemistry.

Lakers would be getting rid of $60M. Think another player needs to be involved. EF makes $18m, Bogda $18m and Rose $13m. Is Crowder part of that?

I would think the delay is that Lakers want one or our many 1st rd picks and we are not giving up an unprotected 1st to a 3rd team.

The delay is that certain players can't be traded until after Dec 15th.

Hopefully we get multiple picks for taking in Westbrook's contract and giving up Cam.

Everybody named has no restrictions. Which player are you referring to? If you think we are not giving up a 1st in this scenario you are delusional. Nobody is taking Fournier's contract w/o one and no one is giving more then a 2nd rounder for Cam or Rose.

Was referring to possible options. Trade mentioned above just one rumor.
One possible trade is us taking Westbrook. Would think draft pick would need to be attached. Cam rumored to have a market for second. Trade rumor above has us getting just one
EF and Rose only have next year so not terrible value.

Wouldn’t be good for spacing on offense. Mitch and Jericho can’t put the ball in the ocean and Hart has yet to show the outside shooting ability he was supposedly signed for

Westbrook would just end up being the backup pg once Rose inevitably gets hurt. He’d probably be on his best behavior here and happy to just get out of LA
