2 things. If they have Dinwiddie, Brunson and Luka in the lineup you essentially have 3 PGs. Also Dinwiddie is very high usage. And he can’t play off the ball.

All 3 PG fit well in a rotstion .. Chi-Town Bulls did great this season having Lavine, Ball, and Caruso.

Lots of teams traded picks. Not all picks are created equal. This one was Charlotte's pick we we added by moving back in the draft. It had lots if protections which got stronger over time, so no better than a 17 pick. I think Cam has a lot more upside than anyone we could get at that position. So my opinion, it was a good trade.
