He won’t play at msg so I would like him to get his confidence sky high and kill
It in the g league then come back.

He is not completely worthless. He can shoot the 3 from the corner 😅

As frustrated as I am with Knox, I have to consider that he is still only 21 and can still breakout once he gets over his ridiculously timid play and hesitancy on the court.
I would not just trade him to dump him without something more than just 2nd rounders in return.
It would be a mistake and an admission of absolute failure in 2 drafts in a row between him and Frank.

I know it is not good to throw good money after bad, but for better or for worse he is our project for the time being... I am still rooting he can come out the other side of this year as a serviceable player or trade chip.
The most frustrating part of Knox is he has all the physical gifts to be a good player...

He’s still so raw.

21 is young. He’s not Frank. He showed some signs, when he takes it to the basket he can finish and his shot looked very good for most of the year when he got a little time. If he can get a little stronger he can turn into something.

Cam Payne took a while to develop and has far less skill. Some guys take time.

But, his time here appears to be done with Fournier and Burks and even Grimes.
