Offer our 20 draft pick and the choice of Knox for max Reid
Offer Mitch and out other pick to move up for boughknight
Lastly hope Jeremiah Robin
Obviously it takes two to tango but this is where I’d go
2 younger vets at 5 and 1 with two good rookies
Question, why doesn't the team who is trading a lower pick for Robinson not just try to trade for Reid if he's available and superior?
Beauty in eye of beholder
Minnesota— towns is there C and it’s not changing. So Reid could possible become available in a good draft for a 1 pick with a sweetener of Knox
I think to get boughknight it will take enough juice to use our 18 pick plus Robinson to move up to 12-14.
I’m pretty big on Jeremiah Robinson for the Knicks. I’d love for him to fall to 32 but I’m also willing to take him in the 20s if we keep the picks.
So my off-season best case scenario sans a Leonard wanting to come here
Would be
Payne 6-3 pg
Reid 6-9 c
Robinson 6-9 F
Boughknight 6-5 G
With most of our core guys back
I don't know if Bouknight is there at that range, but you might be able to shoot for Giddey with the package you're offering. I would've, but I thought you liked him more as a prospect.
I’d be interested in giddey.
But I’m not sure he fits this team
Although I’d be open to him anyway. Bouknight is an athletic defender who can score at 3 levels. I think he might fit here a tad better for this team
