All depends on the price and length of contract. I 'd say three years max. 17 mill was thrown out there earlier. I think he's a far better value than THJ or Noah. Nitty could play either guard spot as a back up while he develops. People saying you won't win a championship without Lebron or the Warriors may have the right premise but by that logic every team should jettison all their players. IT can definitely be a good piece. Probably shouldn't be your centerpiece. Besides, a lot of PGs play bad defense. Look at Harden, Westbrook and Curry.

Hed be a good piece--Id do 4 years 92mm with team option on 4th year with a smallish guarantee on that 4th year to drive the first 3 years to 25mm per

Right now Im not sure what the Knicks are. Weve now decreased Kanter's time significantly KP efficiency and production have dropped materially. There is no future with Lee(I think) Oquinn Beasley down the line? Its a mosh posh mess. But as long as we had Isiah a rejuvenated year older KP and a healthy Tim Hardaway(I think) those role players are easier to piece meal in. We are NOT getting beasley for 1mm per again. As much as we think we may need to have a guard--I think those can be found in rd 2. Id like a big strong effective post player from our draft pick in rd 1 unless not there or something else is to hard to give up.

RIP Crushalot😞

Even watching him last night-- first thing that comes to mind-- nba star. Knicks fans would adore him. We already have the size. Also anyone saying he's small hasn't watched him play much. Maybe the toughest mf in the whole league. Star star star. If healthy good money spent

Kp will be much improved as secondary option-- he's not a # 1. With hard away kp and thomas w role players-- that's more of a team that can compete

You have to identify your stars properly. IT is a good player not a star there are a lot of holes inhis game number one being height the other being defense.

Yes. And then you have to spend your cap space wisely. Championship teams have stars...on bargain contracts. You have to get more effective and efficient use of your 100 mil cap space than all other 29 teams to win a championship.

which team has a star on a bargain contact? free agency is what it is a contest to obtain services--you pay more.

All the top teams do. If you can pay a phenomenal 2 way star like LeBron 33 mil, that's as good a bargain as (actually probably better) paying Isaiah 10 or 15 mil.
