I've asked myself would Scottie Pippin Mitigate a shooter like Curry? Without hand checking Scottie would be challenged but i would think he'd make a difference. Yet Pippin was a all time great, a defensive genius and the ultimate stopper. That's not Evan Turner. At 6'7" in his prime he would be an asset but if he doesn't possess shooting skills he had better play some serious D
Even turner is like a defensive shved with great ball handling and passing ability turner plays the point foward very well. Like lance his impact doesn't show up in the box score he has a very high ball iq ... He would be a great addition to our bench.
This is my wish line up for next year
Lopez,willy,oquinn
KP,lance,oquinn
Melo,dwill,early
Derozen,turner,gallo
Grant,worton, Gallo
I'd like to keep dwill but if not lance moves to the three and we get a back up pf
That's 3 all stars in kp, melo,demarr
Grant, I love I think he follows up on his strong finish and becomes the pg we have been missing since Lin .
Worton if healthy could be a 6th man of the year type player off the bench
Turner can run the second unit much like he dose for the C's
Dwill is a great talent who could be the scoring leader for this second unit
Lance is the glue
Willy is going to suprise everyone with his defense and great footwork might make rolo tradable if we need a upgrade at pg
I feel that team can compete in the east and let's keep melo away from the sideline refs cause that trip over the ref ruined our run he wasn't superstar melo after that and our season fell apart.
