Yes, it's a real shame.But I now think that this was only, say, 50% of the problem.
The other 50% was that Fisher had some character issues that finally, in the stress of the situation, overwhelmed him and the team.
I'm pretty annoyed with Fisher for that . . . because the development of the team was unfolding as an almost best-case-scenario in Triangle Culture terms.

I agree. Its funny because my impression was that one of Fisher's strengths was his character.
