This is a trade that makes a lot of sense for both teams. I don't love Blake as a personality, but as a basketball player - this trade makes a ton of sense to put a guy like him next to Porzingis.

Melo and CP3 could make one last run at a title over the next few years.

It's been a trade that a lot of people have talked about for the past two seasons - it makes sense. Probably why it'd never happen.

Melo wants to be in New York though, which I respect. As long as he wants to try to make things work here, you don't mess that up. But if Melo gets frustrated and the team falls out of the playoffs race in the next few weeks... maybe you look at it?

Yes, Phil should do this trade in a heartbeat.

Blake is 26 years old and yet to enter his prime years. Melo is turning 32 and on the way down.

It's not rocket science.

This trade will never happen lol
Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better
