Here's the thing with playing point in the Triangle, it's a strange mix of being aggressive but also patient. The PG has to know the system, read how the opponent is defending, see the best way to attack and call it by the time he gets across half court. PG has to be comfortable giving up the ball but watch to see if he needs to go get the ball back and run something specific! It is not easy! When do I attack? You can see Jerian thinking!
Jose is older but kind of does the same thing. He hides in the offense rather than run it. I never saw that coming based on how he's played in the past. However you really can't be 100% sure how a player will respond to the challenge. Shved was the complete opposite in that he came in and took to the offense like a fish in water. Shved was sometimes too aggressive but overall he was more impactful cuz he didn't play scared.
