JEEBUS!!! I really have no idea WTF is wrong with some us. This is stupid. If KP wants to learn how to sprint better there's nothing wrong with that and it's the LEAST problematic motion to be running straight ahead. The worst thing for the human body is to be moving fast and suddenly change direction. The twisting of joints caused by juke moves is much more damaging than walking, jogging or running straight ahead. However, too much of ANYTHING will be a problem. Seems like KP is just in need of some rest. He's obviously been going pretty hard and it caught up with him.

KP sitting out today's practice too...argh!!!

Already behind the learning curve. Just gotta take it slow with him I guess. Most definitely hurts any hopes for him to get a shot to start the season at the 4.

I was actually hoping they held him out a little more. He's still around and watching so I don't think it's gonna have any real impact on him. He says he doesn't feel pain so that's great. Missing the scrimmage isn't the end of the world. This is not a big deal and it's better they are more cautious than not. This probably won't impact his ability to start IMO. If he plays well in pre season I suspect he could still win the starting spot. There's a long way to go and whether KP starts or not isn't really important. He's gonna play this season and that's gonna allow him to learn and grow.

Hopefully his knee situation isnt serious, but missing time on the court is never a positive thing, even a scrimmage, especially for a player just entering the NBA.

No need to get hyper-worried over a non-issue. This is not concerning in the absence of mal-alignment, or a missed lateral meniscal tear diagnosis.
Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.
