He might be 7'4-7'5 when all is said and done. With those skills and mobility. Holy crap!!

I hope not, almost all of the guys above 7'2 started developing knee and or foot problems causing their careers to be cut short. I would rather he stay the size that he is now.

You might be right. Dikembe Mutombo seems to be the cut off point at 7'2. Didn't Rik Smuts have foot problems at 7'4?

I think weight plays a role in it too. KP being slim actually helps him I think. There's less stress on his joints and feet having less weight to carry. Hopefully he never gets too heavy. I'd prefer more functional strength than bulk. KG never got heavy.

I agree. KG or Dirk weight would be perfect.

Agreed. Well defined physique & strong core while maintaining his fluidity and athleticism

The good thing is that even tho he's young KP realizes that it's important that he not lose his agility, explosion and quickness etc. He's already talking about not wanting to get so big that he slows down. That's very important since he's the one that will be responsible for his eating and training habits being maintained. I definitely don't want to see him try to bulk up trying to become a banger. That's not what we need from him. We've got other bigs for that stuff.

Porzingis won’t be an All-Star as a rookie and he has a long way to go before he becomes a contributing player on a contending team. But he’ll give everything he has to make that happen. Trying and caring go a long way. Bargnani never understood that. Porzingis already gets it.

His shot is already in place. What were your first impressions?

Similar to what I saw on his Euro game tapes. Fluid, great quickness, serious potential as a shot blocker but lacks the bulk to hold up inside, poor rebounder for his size. I think there is enough good that he is legit NBA starter, just not sure if his negatives are going to keep him from being a true foundation player.
