Yep. I hope Phil can muster out a sign and trade with the Rockets so that we can obtain KJ Mcdaniels and they get Early, then we sign Caron Butler for the vet min, or he just outright tries to get Shved or Mcdaniels..

i like all the moves EXCEPT williams

D Will is higher risk but also higher upside. He's a former #2 and has tons of untapped talent. The trick is can we get him to play up to his potential or at least close to it. He's flashed that great potential so let's hope we can get him right.

O'Quinn is the complement player to DWill. O'Q is a tough rebounder; passes and looks for his teammates; and can shoot a short/midrange J, but not much vertical; While DWill is the ballhandler, slasher; jumper; dunker, flashier player. These are solid moves to create a solid rotation.

I don't like the Williams signing but I don't hate it. Seems like a lot to pay for upside but it ain't my $$$

I hate it. Williams hasn't shown anything that he is above a veteran deal and it is a waste of cash, but this move was a decent redemption by Phil. Lets see if he can keep the dice rolling.

Orlando, especially ex coach ,Vaughn, like the younger Dewayne Dedmon, who has 3pt range and good athleticism/length/speed, quickness, and mobility, and is a LEGIT 7 footer

I remember he had a monster game vs Boston 18pts 13rebs 2 3s 2stls 1bls 4-4 fts as he filled in for injured players. So I picked him up on my fantasy team thinking I was on to something for a couple games but nothing.

The potential to do all these things are there though which makes him a nice fit with potential. Hes from NY as well.

I don't think so, I believe we have the FULL MLE at right under the 6m right now, then just vet min deals

I'd be happy with that man

Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

Marc Berman (a professional like him should know his facts) is wrong, the trade puts us over the salary cap, unless the numbers of some of the signings are wrong
We had under 3m to spend, so the trade puts us OVER the CAP

Regardless, we would be in position to have the FULL MLE at under the 6m
I do not believe we can have BOTH the Bi Annual Exemption aka LLE to use and The FULL MLE of about 6m and raises that could be divided as we wish
It is one or the other

We may have some trade exemptions left to use, as some exemptions expire 1year from the date they were used before they expire, so from the Iman/JR Smith and Pablo's exemptions could be utilized, with JR's exemption being the highest and then Iman Shumperts, though not sure if we used any of these for Kyle O Quin..

I hope we can trade for James Johnson and his 2.5m expiring, the final of his 2year deal, who would elevate our DEFENSE as he can defend multiple positions
