its neither... You know Phil was baited or challenged to say something negative about the year, the record, the roster, etc etc and he essentially said piss off I did a great job.

Phil's job will judged this offseason, not on failing to replenish the cubbard with the JR trade.

I myself give him two years but this year will be big to get at least one really good piece and a couple other pieces that will contribute in a good way and then next off season he can put it all together with the extra cap space. Of course i'm expecting to come out of this draft with a good young player at 4 or a good trade down that gets us a veteran and a pick or multiple picks. I'm good with either one of picking at 4 or trading down as long as it's the right move.

You give him 2 years? That means he's got about 8 months left.

No that means he has two years which would be the season coming and the following to build a winning team. Last year was a throw away year to clean the mess he came into up.......which he did.

Please, that mess was going to clean it's self up on it's own..How can GM trade expiring contracts in a throw away season and think he did a good job.

Any and everybody on this Knick board could have done what phil and fisher did last season
