top 30
was top 15
top 30 as of when? Are you talking about last year? Or 2 years ago pre-injury? No one knows what he'll be when he returns.
top 30 was pre injury but that was being REALLY nice
Really? It's rare that I find someone being too harsh on Melo but he was roughly top 20 WS48 in 2012-13 and 2013-14. I know that's only one stat but I probably would have put him around 20 pre-injury.
Projected ranking after injury and in years 13 to 16? That's a whole other story...
pre injury, post new contract. His WS48 was .097 last year. Top 30 is being really really nice.
He got injured in the 2nd game of the season. When I said "pre-injury" I meant prior seasons (and I guess the first game of this season). If you mean the current season, then yes top 30 is generous.
I was talking about this season before he shut it down due to injury (after the crucial London and the All Star games).
I don't consider someone "injured" if they can find a way to play and jack up shots.
And, yes. 30 was being very nice.
so here is what phil is thinking ....
