Rondo is not ZEN. I don't see Phil wanting a guy like that around his team when he's got a bunch of good kids now and no real headache players. We just got rid of problem players.

I highly recommend this article that dealves into the psychology and personality of Rajon Rondo. I don't know how anyone can work with him. I also did not know he was basically a genius IQ.
