SEC is not great but that's compared to how good it's been in years past... it's merely about as good as all the other conferences now...

SEC is 5th in SRS but essentially the same as all the majors except for the big 12 which is the strongest...

for once he looked like a great player. nice touch around the basket. kind of looked like a young amare to me though than a tim duncan.
Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree

He follows college hoops. You can tell from the content. SAS clearly doesn't follow college. He is a guy relying on draft rhetoric

The guy he was guarding didn't even jump or make him fight for position. I didn't see a lot of explosion around the basket. Most of those shote will get blocked and he will be pushed away from the rim.

He does have a nice touch, but didn't really see big time moves.

He'll definitely struggle his first year, but after that will hopefully sky rocket

I think he will adjust just fine. People are underestimating him based on how he looks when I think he just does easy. He's not looking to overexert against players he can score on easily. I'm sure that he'll make the proper adjustments for tougher defenders. People act like there are bunch of great defensive bigs in the NBA. I'd like to know who these guys are.

NBA's 4's are extremely athletic. OK4 can't even defend college 4's according to the experts. Face it, as great as his offense is, his defense is a question mark. Towns has a complete game and is the perfect Phil Jackson big

That may or may not be true. We have to see how Towns actually does against NBA level bigs too. Help defense is one thing but banging with bigger men is another. I know that OK4 has the size to bang in the NBA and the quickness and agility to score on bigs as well. I would be happy with either guy. I just think OK4 is a more proven quantity in terms of carrying the load for a team.

OK4 is a true post guy, not an athlete who simply jumps over his defender. He turned on both shoulders, toward the baseline, toward the paint, away from the double team...and still scored. It takes most pros years to develop that kind awareness in the post. And he already knows how to pass out of double teams. If Zach Randolph can learn to play passable D, the I'm sure OK4 will.

Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right. - The Tick
