next child you should name KillingSpree or SpendingSpree

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

Hell yea! Picanha is the Top Sirloin and I know exactly what you are talking about. That layer of fat charred crispy from the grill amazing! Best steak you will ever have. Better than felt Mignon/Rib Eye

Any body under the age of 50 still shop at p.c. Richards? I feel like they are just around to hold high school reunions for those that went to school in the 70s.

Why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?

I bought some dehydrated water, but didn't know what to add...

The High School and College Football seasons are about to get going and down here that is KING. All I have is this forum and the mindless musings and arguments. Sure we are really scraping the bottom now but it's my only life line. Soon enough the Jets will be playing preseason so just give me a few more days of this stuff to tide me over.

I create my own summer league basketball games. I play my grandson who is 11 years old and my great nephew who just turned 13 both are Knicks diehard fans.I win the games so far but they are getting better. Right now I have to rub down with bengay. Ahhhh I'm in pain playing those young fellers. They keep saying I fouled them and pushed them out of bounds. well I have to slow them down some how.

smackeddog wrote:Much as I love Seinfeld, it always bothers me when it's tagged as a being a show about nothing- that may have been how it was pitched, but it clearly had plots every week, especially in the later seasons!

Kindly remain on topic in this thread.

They called it the show about nothing because they weren't focusing on anything. Most shows focused on a family or a couple. This one didn't really focus on Seinfeld. They all had equal parts in the show.

The pitch is clever though because when you say what's that show about nothing? Seinfeld...marketing for life

I liked the episode when George and jerry were pitching the idea for a pilot for a show about nothing and got into an argument as to what extent it would be about nothing, and George ended up storming out claiming he would not compromise his artistic integrity!

I'm probably one of the few people who actually likes the very early Seinfeld seasons better than the ones that followed.

I think that's because back then, the episodes were simpler and poked fun at everyday things. The plots got way too convoluted later on. Not for me.

One of my favorites was in Season 2, when George leaves a bunch of crazy phone messages for his new girlfriend and then he has Jerry switch tapes on her answering machine so she will never hear the messages. The episode starts by the girl asking George at the end of a date if he would like to come up to her apartment for coffee. George says no -- because "coffee keeps me up at night."

He then agonizes over how stupid he was to refuse to come up, saying to Jerry and Elains, "Coffee doesn't mean coffee -- coffee means sex."

Hilarious.
