I love when people get excited watching drills against no defense. The Triangle is soooooooooooo magical.
Remember back in high school, when you used to run the weave drill full court in practice? Wasn't that fun? Ball never hit the ground, hit the open man, fill the lanes!

For a second, JT4 reminded me of Robert Horry. He looks like he's lost some lbs.

Now this is true Knick's fan humor:

Lol why not get excited about seeing the yoots in drills... Also JT4 is super talented and was the best player on the floor for our summer league last year... The 22 year old will impress fisher... And I think Phil could go either way with melo. actually if melo leaves it gives Phil more control to build his own through draft and yoots and Phil is going to use the spurs plan cause it works

The footage from day 1 showed Tyler bent over trying to catch his breath a lot.

yeah, that is one of his worries through out his career, WORK ETHIC/MOTOR/CONSISTENCY

I honestly think Thanisis is more about roster spots/positions SG overload with Early/Melo and likely even another SF
Also, unlike Early, he would only have a 2 year deal, similar to Lin/Fields, though we wouldn't have Morrey to worry about, there are still poison pills out there ready to screw us
This would be the same exact year that both Durant/Noah could be UFA's, along with other talents as well
We basically need to preserve cap space with a max contract to Melo, possibly adding Gasol, in addition to our other roster's, MLE or Bi Annual exemption, and even possibly resigning Jeremy Tyler next season with EARLY BIRD RIGHTS

Now, that one year, he could still serve within the D League and still continue to grow within our D League, till we open more roster spots with trades like JR Smith and/or whoever in the trade deadline especially if their value grows

that looks like a big old L to me :)

triangle is overblown and as big a gimmick as 7 seconds or less. triangle is not winning those close games. it's about getting a player that can put the ball in the basket when it matters. melo needs help.

yes and no

we need a system in place to keep everyone on the floor to be effective and efficient, getting the ball in the right spots, taking the high % shot, keeping everyone as a threat and focused in on the game with touches/movements

I am just glad we no longer have to watch ISO and everyone playing a TEAM game, ISO like Woodson was a move that was a horrible choice from the start
