I don't think he is swayed by picking up Jeff Green either, I think he is swayed by the extra $$ the Knicks can pay him (something he made clear by forcing a trade to NYK to guarantee he got his extra cash before the lock out). Why would LBJ leave Miami, it's not like last time when he was in Clev, Not a lot of night life in Clev, bad team, bad weather. He is winning, lives in south beach, will get extra $$, no state taxes, sounds like a great life. Kobe is on his last legs, i doubt anyone is making long term plans to play with him.

Of Course if you think Melo's mind is made up to leave then the smart thing to do is trade him and rebuild completely, but I don't think he is leaving

You Lost Me With the First Two Words bigblitz

3. Start Felton, Shump, Melo, Green, Chandler and off the bench Kenyon, Wallace, THJr, Prigs…JR is not counted on to play a major role, he comes in after THJr, and only gets minutes as a scoring spark off the bench, if he is not hot he does not get major minutes. This is going to improve our consistency on offense and defense. We may struggle to score a little but we should defend much better.

The Knicks cannot compete with a substandard point guard.

Period.

The backcourt game is faster and getting more athletics by the minute. Look at the starting point guards around the league and tell us who Ray Felton is going to dominate?

Just one.

Agree Felton is not my long term starter either which is why if you keep reading to #5 I said to Upgrade the PG position. Just not sure I see the obvious trade partner to get there right at this trading deadline unless you want to give up the 2018 first round pick and revisit the Lowry trade with the Raptors. Not sure if that is the answer tho

Big blitz - if yoo have any interest in bringing better defense and ball movement, Felton cannot be the short term answer either.

Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree
