You know it wouldn't take much of an adjustment in how he's playing defense to get him to be less up and down defensively. It's mainly just poor decisions in terms of being over aggressive and ball watching too much. He doesn't have to take so many chances defensively. Teaching how to keep the perfect distance from your opponent so as not to get blown by or give up easy jumpers is a very necessary skill. Once again I question Woody's skills as a teacher.
